Welcome to The Keto Chef’s Kitchen, I’m Nerys! I am a Chef based in Auckland, New Zealand. 

I’ve always had a love for food and I knew from a young age that I was destined for a career in the kitchen. I started living a keto lifestyle in 2019 and I felt a shift almost immediately in my energy levels and overall wellbeing. 

Here on my website you can find loads of low-carb, sugar-free and gluten-free recipes, as well as my debut cookbook, plus a FREE guide to starting keto which breaks down all of the things I wish I knew when I was starting out.

Everyone has their own reasons for switching to a keto lifestyle, I’m here to provide recipes, inspiration and support.

I’m an advocate for trying to help others make Keto more sustainable, long term. At the end of the day, we’re human. There will be times you fall off the band wagon, and that’s okay. Keto is a lifestyle change, so focus on your overall journey and progress. 

Remain focused on your why, set clear intentions & goals and celebrate every achievement, no matter how small.
